Women's Opinion On Male Genital

Buffalo in Chihuahua Mexican

For millennia have inhabited the northern areas of Mexico, feeding on vegetation and improving conditions of life of other species like the prairie dog or the courier mountain.

Its existence increased the North American biological diversity, but to almost disappear in the nineteenth century, its important ecological role disappeared.
Today the governments of Canada, the United States and Mexico work together to restore areas to re-enter one of the most important species of the grassland ecosystem: the bison.

During the memorial ceremony of the "Día Nacional por la Conservación" the 27 November they were released 23 copies of a protected natural area of Rancho El Uno in the municipality of Janos, Chihuahua, from Wind Cave National Park, Dakota del Sur.
The Secretary of Environment and Natural Remedies, Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada
, explained that this species has an important role in the regeneration of pastures and the goal is to reach one hundred copies for the next three years.
It will also ask the U.S. government to halt the construction of part of the dividing wall between the two borders to facilitate the migration of these magnificent animals.

Vajİnal Pİctures

Firmament

The sky has accompanied mankind throughout its existence, and its influence has been central to the intellectual evolution. Thanks to visual stimuli of this great cosmic space man became aware of the movements of the stars taking so her journey in the field of astronomy expanding its cosmic vision.
In pre-Columbian Mexico man also deepened his knowledge of this sky full of beauty but at the same time full of unknowns. Over the centuries, learned to develop techniques to learn the movements and periods of observation of the major celestial bodies. Was then able to generate a point in time to coordinate all its activities by creating a system based on a calendar is essential for the functioning of companies. This approach to the stars by man was the result of a Mesoamerican cultural sentiment that blames the behavior of the stars with the gods. Virtually
himself as the calendar as a gift given to man these deities in order to qualify.
Despite the many achievements of this prerogative by the astronomer-priests can be categorized as pre-Hispanic reliable scientific results. Acquaintances This was integrated with the development of some artifacts related to the stars, such as codes, steles, ceramics, wall paintings, petroglyphs and the architecture. Forms and guidelines that help to explain the ideological process of these civilizations. The study
archaeoastronomical focuses on these unique expressions. The Maya Code
example contains tables which are described observation periods of some planets such as the log of eclipse of the moon and sun. Results obtained with the patient as well as observation of the sky even complex calculations.

A practice that prevailed throughout the pre-Columbian era was the orientation of architectural structures along the directions defined by the events of the stars. As in other ancient cultures, they built pyramids and buildings oriented toward the solar disk on the horizon, the Cenital Paso (the step above the zenith of the sun that occurs in areas close to the tropic) or in the days of the equinox or the solstice.
structures were built even in these special days where you could see play of light and shadows.

In the past I have already talked about some archaeoastronomical Mexican sites where you could see these types of optical effects.

built structures were also aligned with other celestial bodies like the moon, Venus or the Milky Way that would allow to observe the movements and cycles.

Of these observers in Mexico if they know a few but there 'to say that our knowledge about these mysterious civilization is minimal. It also means that many sites are still in hiding while others have been destroyed with the arrival of the Spaniards.

I know that most observers currently in Mexico are as follows:

El Caracol Chichen Itza, Yucatan

Through its architectural elements, entry rooms, windows, niches, steps and platforms of its vertices , are the remarkable rise and set positions on the horizon where different celestial objects like the sun, moon and Venus during their trajectory. At the time of their construction is also indicated the position of other stars is particularly bright.

Building Circular de Yucatan Mayapan

Located in the last great Mayan city before the Spaniards arrived, the building has four entrances and alcoves with interior murals. Together signaled the position of the sun on days coinciding with astronomically important dates in their calendar that divided the calendar year in portions expressed in numbers.

Conjunto de la Plaza de la Estela de los Dos Glyphosate
Xochicalco, Morelos

The observation point is marked by a star at the center of the square corresponding to the calendar name of Quetzalcoatl. The day of the equinox the sun is aligned along the axis of this star. The ends of the platform also indicate the position of the sun in the days of the solstice. It is thus possible to use This observational also to determine the exact duration of the calendar year.

Cueva de Astronomical Xochicalco
Xochicalco, Morelos

A natural cave system from pre-Columbian astronomical-architects can not only calibrate the calendar year but also look at the Paso Cenital. In addition, the geometry of the observation room sat so extreme that the dates on which the sunlight penetrated the cave indicated the arrival of two important dates throughout Mesoamerica. These dates are April 29 and August 13. Given that divided the calendar year of their calendar.

Observatorio de Monte Albán Cenital the building
Oaxaca

His observation chamber has a vertical pipe of stone where they were recorded in the days of Paso Cenital Monte Albán. Inclusive dates of entry of the sun's rays meet at a temporal distance of 65 days before and after the day of the summer solstice.

Astronomical Cueva en Teotihuacan
Estado de México

This cave located in the south-east of the pyramid of the sun is nearly four feet deep. Inside is a plain stela and an altar. Depending on the thickness of sunlight enters the cave allows the register of the solstices and equinoxes as well as the Paso Cenital directly illuminating the stela is that the altar. This Cave observation was used to calibrate the duration of the calendar year with great precision.

La Cueva de los Cristales

Mexico is a land of endless wonders.
always manages to surprise with its nature, keeper of many secrets that lurk beneath the earth even as the case of de la Cueva de los Cristales de Naica .

Naica Mine is located in the desert of Chihuahua in northern Mexico, where it is mined lead and silver.

in 1910 to 120 meters depth was discovered Cueva de las Espadas (Cave of Swords) constitues a cavity by a corridor 87 meters long covered with crystals that could get to measure two meters high.

After nearly 100 years, in April 2000 to around 300 meters deep were discovered three other natural hollows El Ojo de la Reina (The Queen of the eye), the Cueva de las Velas (Cave of candles), and the extraordinary Cueva de los Cristales (Cave of Crystals), a cave flooded with literally hundreds of huge columns of transparent crystal.

The caves were discovered in a random way, in fact, hot water, which served to extract the ore from the mine, was taken from the subsoil by means of a pumping system that drained the cave, leading to the discovery of this unique natural treasure.

The giant crystals of selenite (a form of pure gypsum) which are located in Crystal Cave, can reach 11 meters high and 2 meters in diameter and have originated in an environment flooded with the particular interaction between water, sulfur, hot from the deep layers and colder water from outside filtered through the layers of rock.

a complex process, which occurred in a state of outstanding balance, which may have contributed to the bacteria that have not yet been identified, but which were found indirect evidence on the existence of minerals that form only in the presence of certain microorganisms.
The cave reaches a length of about 50 m. for a width of 40 m.
studies and explorations are under way by the Italian association of geographical exploration La Venta.

Map of the Cave of Crystals
(Picture taken from geomondo.it )

The temperature at this depth varies between 45 and 50 º C and the humidity is between 90 and 100% of features that allow human beings to survive a few minutes without the proper equipment.
scans are performed with the faces covered by respirators and special suits that cool the body, allow to remain in the cave for over an hour.

the day when there will be more minerals to be extracted, the system will stop pumping water. It will flood again then tunnels and caves, making it possible to revert to natural conditions in which they were. There will be nurtured so again the growth of its crystals in the water. Meanwhile
in this relative short space of time, which is available, we will try to preserve and study these magnificent natural formations.

This cave is a journey inside the ground but may very well represent the interior of ourselves that invites us to be understanding of our relationship with nature and our planet.

Intensive Livestock and Influence

months there have been a little confusing and alarming This year here in Mexico.
A very tough year in many respects. Influenza A/H1N1 I have to say did the lion's share ulteriolmente ruining the image of this country. Scared
top news for the few who had, by the time you became aware of many things while the virus has crossed the borders to expand all over the world.

Of how this influence has been created but they do not talk much to limit the blame Mexico for having exported beyond its borders.
Well, according to Dr. Michael director Greg ' Public Health and Animal Agriculture at the Humane Society of the United States ' , this kind of influence began to develop in the first 900 of the last century where there is the worst plague in human history due to an avian virus known as H1N1 was transmitted from birds to humans and managed to kill a number ranging from 50 to 100 million people in 1918. Up to that time ever recorded is not any disease that killed many people in so little time.
the virus was transmitted from men to pigs, where he continued to move and transform, converting the most common cause of respiratory disease of pigs that are found on farms in North America and Eurasia.
in 1998 at a farm in North Carolina was discovered as a hybrid virus composed of the virus with genetic components of pig, bird and human.
The virus, needless to say, it spread to quickly due to the fact that the intensive farming of pigs favored such exchanges. The influence is correlated with the density of individuals.
The transportation of pigs to other farms has allowed a more rapid diffusion. No limit then flocks between Mexican and U.S. ', where in Granjas Carroll , belonging to the multinational Smithfield Foods, were recorded the first cases of influenza A/H1N1.
In the early days of March 60% of the local population had symptoms of this "new" influenza. The multinational
Smithfield (26 million cattle slaughtered in 2006) was already known for its vicissitudes in the States for environmental damage that caused by downloading millions of gallons of fecal matter in the waters of rivers and Americans for falsifying documents and destroying evidence.
In Mexico, the Smithfield, knew very well the evolution of the virus. The inhabitants of the Valley of Perote, Veracruz (where is the Granjas Carroll) were treated the same with the famous Smithfield antiviral already a few weeks without notifying the Mexican government of the incident.
Also a few months before the discovery of the virus, the locals were demonstrating against the Granjas Carroll guilty of downloading carcasses of dead animals and manure in a lagoon causing various foul odors.

health conditions of Granjas Carroll in 2006:
Pigs in a state of decomposition (Images from Veracruz Enlace 212)

In the month of April but also in the following, Mexico was subjected to discrimination I faced during my visit to Italy but the fault maybe we should give us this for each of us who eat meat that comes from factory farms. As usual, the weaker (in this case Mexico) will always pay the consequences.

The A / H1N1 is simply the product of great food industry that large quantities of intensively farmed animals to meet their own pockets and the billions of hungry human mouths. A multinational
destruction and looting territories and cultures where prolific as if it were a virus.
the problem even more serious is that governments, such as Mexican, allowing this massacre hosting these industrial groups planning to promote the national economy.

Memory, in particular,
resurfaces every time I think about how you started the real involvement,
the beginning of a vague intuition, which later became
knowledge that nothing would be as before.
It 's a curious image in its banality, the simple
waiting at the machine with the itch again to
engine, standing under a zinc roof on which the rain was beating
end. The mechanic looked at her without saying anything
, and occasionally glanced at me, with a half smile
indecipherable. The rain was only an excuse. No one, li,
care about getting wet, it was still warm enough
drenched the moisture, and stay under the canopy
was just a good opportunity to stop
of doing things ever. The man had an indefinable
age, perhaps he was much older than
appeared, wearing a suit which he had lost all memory
original color, and kept his hands in his pockets
without deciding to do what I hoped :
say what he thinks he had the engine and how long it would
wanted to put him back in sixth. [] He still did not say anything
, and the rain beating on the zinc plate.
The strange sensation that I felt I would have grabbed
much later: I was losing my haste, anxiety
rhythms that I had brought below began to fall apart, and the impalpable
symptom was that simple
and listen to the rain to stop to ask the mechanic how long it
would want.
My time was not the time of the reality that surrounded me
.
Until then I had misspent the illusion of
see more things going faster.
At one point, he said: "I believe that even

man smiled and shook his head.
knew that I could not understand, but it was time
right to start trying. So, standing still, listening to the rain.

Barefoot

awareness of the moment, be present in each moment, to act at this precise moment.
be present in the here and now is the tool that allows us to live in full expression of our ability. Talking about the here and now is different from experiencing it.

The race is one of many ways of this life to put it into practice.

Running, walking, moving in general is a way of acting and is a natural way of acting.
listen, listen to our body, the beating of the heart, our breath, feel your lungs expand, feeling the body and soul joining the entire universe these are basically the feeling that should satisfy us and make us feel somehow in harmony with us themselves and with all that surrounds us, this last extension of our being.

I have already spoken several times in this blog because the man did so both structurally and our preparation of the movement that we have been dormant in our genes.
In the past I have also spoken of the Tarahumara that make the race their way of life to move through the wilds in which they live. Many Tarahumara runners
can be considered among the best ultra runners in the world despite not using the technology that we have modern humans. They do not know chronographs, dietary supplements nor shall our shoes ever more efficient technology. They run in complete freedom with just their feet sandals called Akaka.

Just about the use of modern shoes that I started a search on the net and discovered some special people "modern" that make the running barefoot (barefoot) is a virtue, living in the middle of the act, atavistic and natural movement .

The feet are at the core of our movements walkers.
For thousands of years humans have lived with a bare posture and a natural harmonic motion to your needs. With the shoe was lost this confidence.

The shoe restricts the movement of the foot especially those of the fingers so that these muscles weaken. This particular change completely the proper balance throughout the body, whose center of gravity moves forward, with negative effects on the bones of the entire skeleton.

With the shoe and you lose the perception of meccanoricettori foot, which must identify the distribution of the various pressures and therefore you can not to give the right information to the nervous system that regulates our body's core muscles to keep correct posture and balance.

The shoe prevents the normal and proper footwork, it weakens the muscles, causes the load is dynamically distributed over the entire foot but only the strictly serious heel, and therefore predisposed to faulty posture can lead to pain knees, hips, back, or plantar fasciitis. Almost 80% of Americans have these kinds of problems just walking.

The shoe also suppresses the tactile sensitivity of the foot, which no longer perceives the quality of the soil, and makes the pace less secure feet do not take more than the optimum position, the step becomes less cautious with consequent repercussions on the body.

In contrast, walking or running barefoot, as well as a proper exercise of the muscles of the foot and promote a proper distribution of loads, it promotes perspiration (the foot has among the highest concentrations of sweat glands throughout the body), produces a reflexology massage that stimulates positive throughout the body, improves blood circulation in the lower limbs and, consequently, that of the whole body.

Finally bare feet let you know the world in a more direct and conscious.

Be aware that life goes on at this moment and live it deeply, it is undoubtedly the best way to be involved in full as to be in our existence. Being part of the circle. To act without thinking. If we think too much time has already passed. We extend care in what we do ...

What is the first thing that happens when you take off your shoes?
We begin to pay attention!

Handmade Leather Sandals Los Angeles

Born to run

is now an article of the Republic, which is linked somehow the theory of Lieberman and Dennis Bramble .

'Bolt? Any Aboriginal prehistory would have outperformed. The world record high jump was, at least until a century ago, the reach of most young Tutsi of Rwanda, which in the ceremonies of initiation into adulthood jumped 2.50 meters or more, compared with 2, 45 of Sotomayor. These and other examples can be found in a book Australian anthropologist Peter McAllister , entitled Manthropology , where the student systematically debunked the myth of physical and athletic progress of our species, and in particular the male gender.

The subtitle, that sounds like "The inadequacy of modern science" is itself an eloquent introduction of the thesis of the scholar: the male half of our day is a cartridge. "If you're reading this book - McAllister writes in his preface - or if you're the 'it' that someone has bought this book, you're the worst male history. No 'ifs' and no 'but': the worst period of the male : as category, in fact, we are the most painful cohort of male Homo sapiens to have walked the planet Earth. "

Drawing on a wealth and variety of sources, the scholar has found, he says, evidence proving the inferiority of modern man than his predecessors in many fields. Among these, some athletics disciplines. His conclusions about the speed of the Australian Aborigines lived 20 thousand years ago are based on some tracks, found a fossilized land in his country. The tracks belong to six men, and it was found that these are individuals who wanted to catch a prey animal. But McAllister went further and, by analyzing the tracks of a single man, known as T8, has proved that he had to run at a speed of 37 mph. Bolt during his world record achieved in Berlin, has exceeded 44, but it is a top speed of an athlete running on a perfect terrain with ultraspecializzate shoes and cleats attached. The researcher speculates that the particular aboriginal, running barefoot on a ground "soft", have also been able to reach 45 hours. And it was not necessarily the Bolt of his time ...

"We can say that T8 has accelerated to the end of its run, and make certain that ran for close to its limits, since chasing prey - McAllister said in Cambridge, England, where he temporarily lives and works - . But he did so under very different conditions from those that manage to create a running track. Besides, there is no reason to think that many of his contemporaries were not able to run just as fast: fossilizations such as that on which they were performed tests are so rare that the probability of having found the right man Australian faster than his time (and the fastest in the world) are extremely rare.

McAllister goes further and says that photos taken by a German anthropologist at the beginning of the twentieth century show young Tutsi who jump up to 2.52 meters. Even here, of course, no cleats, and without Fosbury ... "This is an initiation ritual, which was to jump at least your height. I had to do all to adulthood - -. says McAllister were jumping from the earliest years of life to be ready for that appointment, developing great athletic ability and technical specification. "

McAllister cites other comparisons. Aborigines threw spears of hard wood to 110 meters, 98.48 meters against the current world record for the javelin. 'It is true that they are different instruments (plus the javelin was weighed down gradually over the years because the cast is too long compared to the stages ed) -. But we are still faced with another evidence of the enormous athletic skills of the ancient Aborigines, such that, if some of them absurd could be done to participate in a modern javelin competition, I would be surprised to see him eliminated after the first run ".

Again, the Roman legions could walk a marathon and a half per day (over 60 km) wearing equipment that weighed about half of them, Athens had 30 thousand rowers in his army that they could outperform the various Abbagnale and Redgrave. A Neanderthal woman (here the truth is of another species, living in parallel to ours) had 10 percent more muscle mass in the best Schwarzenegger.

short, a sharp and unstoppable physical decline, against which nothing can - it seems - the criteria for training to the limits of fiction in modern man, and he alone, is in possession (and, apparently, even doping, where applicable). With only one explanation. "In these times, we are terribly inactive, we are since the Industrial Revolution - McAllister says - Before that time, the man was much more robust and muscular. We see the progress of athletics in the last century, and the last 30 years in particular, the result of technological and scientific improvements in the ability to train the human body. But if we could go back, things would change. "

" The statistics on how the man worked more than today pre-industrial revolution are well known - continues the author of 'Mantropologist' - We have lost 40 percent of the shaft, the central part of the long bones because we have much less muscle mass placed on those bones. Simply, we are not exposed to the same workload, the same challenges every day the men of old had to support and address, and as a direct result our bodies are less developed. Even the level of training of a superatleta is obviously able to replicate those workloads.

An invitation to return to the past? "Anything - concludes, a bit 'laconically McAllister - No one wants to repeat the brutality of those days, but there are things we could do better, and make a profit. "'

GPS

During my trip to Italy I took the opportunity to buy a GPS wrist very useful when running and cycling. My choice fell on the Forerunner 310XT .

This precise GPS is equipped with features such as chronograph, the calculation of distances, that of calories and heart rate, altitude, slope, average and maximum speed, virtual partner and waypoints.

has a completely waterproof case that the presence of his predecessor, the Forerunner 305 and the smallest ring with the Forerunner 405 is fine with water. Indeed, its flexibility can also be used for activities such as kayaking and swimming.
seems bigger than it really is but a point in its favor is its lightness and comfort on the wrist. With this
gadgets I have a little fun this summer, running and biking on the promenade.
Upon arriving in Mexico, I immediately wanted to test him to understand what exactly we are altitude (1902 m!) And then also take away the whim to see how much distance I cover during my physical activities.
All activities recorded on the GPS course can be transferred to a database that Garmin provides, so to check on the map distances and the various parameters.

This is a Oretta around mountain bike that I did yesterday.

Is Psychology A Good Career Choice?

Back

I'm back home.
I'm back in Mexico after a visit lasting almost three months.
3 years were not coming back in Italy and I must say that i just enjoyed this trip.
Meet with friends after so long is good. Embrace and share with people that time has paid its heart is one of the most beautiful things in this life. I even met people with whom I made the military 20 years ago and had not seen since then!
It was a period of deep relaxation with beaches and mountains. September spectacular. For me it has always the best for its tranquility but also for that imminent changes expected to arrive. I enjoyed every single moment in full. A reconciliation with my land I was now missing.
I visited Sicily, land of my mother, with its places and its people has managed to amaze me once again. Pearl and I promised we visit again at the first opportunity. And then the stones of Matera. A fascinating place where time seems to live in another. Among rock-hewn churches and houses perched linked together by labyrinthine alleys.
Abruzzi and Marche beaches, hills and mountains between picnics and walks for a total of 4000 km of road in just over two months in Italy.
We are back in Mexico with suitcases full of things you buy as well as also of good memories even though we did alitalia baggage arriving home after 3 days:)

Why Is My Period Orange

Holiday

Summer vacation time and travel.
What can we do to reduce our environmental impact during this period?

Some tips from the site of WWF Italy :

1. > Reduce to the minimum necessary air travel. By now you know that the air traffic has a direct impact on climate change. Currency also close to home or holiday resorts that can be achieved by other means of transport.
2. > tries to move with public transport, including taxis and trains better than ever, whenever you can.
3. > car off the engine when you are parked or stuck in traffic, save fuel, money and CO2 .
4. > Rent a bike, ecological and economic, and an opportunity to immerse yourself in the landscape, with its colors, smells and sounds ...
5. > Take a walk! Swan walk in the cities or in nature, it slows down the pace ...
6. > Forget those sports that damage the environment, involving the use of engines and fuel consumption and water quantity.
7. > Choose accommodation take measures for the treatment of waste, recycle materials and make the separate collection systems that have high energy efficiency and, where possible, using sustainable energy sources and sources and who are committed to the conservation nature and biodiversity.
8. > consider the environment remains on the trails and paths, especially within protected areas. Do not take away any of the natural elements such as souvenirs, no plants, no rocks or shells, let alone animals. Never leave rubbish of any kind.
9. > consumes only the necessary water, choose a quick shower instead of a bath. Choose as many times as you can for the water and reusable if it can be in the place of your holiday you choose to drink tap water instead of buying od'acquedotto bottled water. Choose glass bottles and returnable bottles instead of plastic whenever you can. Watch it " many miles in one gulp "
10. > Limit to require the use of electricity including for air conditioning and hot water production. Turn off the lights and make sure you close the taps when you leave from your hotel room.
11. > Minimize the use of detergents and personal care for your laundry, gives up daily change of towels and sheets.
12. > Pay special attention to the waste arising from personal hygiene, do not throw anything down the toilet ... not then they find themselves on the beach!
13. > necessary to reduce your use of plastic bags and packaging for food (and about food, see what it says on the picnic Coldiretti sustainable )
14. > Some souvenir cost in ecological terms, far more than you have paid them: think twice before buying any natural object, made with shares of animals or plants. Among the other endangered species as well as hitting their possession may be illegal.
15. > To address your holidays in a positive way, without sacrificing your health, your taste for travel and learn about the countries and peoples, their culture and nature that surrounds them. To understand more about what our holidays are: www.viaggiambiente.com

Pearl and I are departing. After 3 years we are returning to Italy for a few weeks unfortunately omitting the first of these 15 tips.
The ecological damage that a plane makes with respect to the global warming of the earth is one of the most consistent. Just to make the idea of doing a calculation on the site Climate Friendly consume 6.1 tonnes of carbon dioxide to and from Mexico. Leave with the feeling of guilt.

I Can Control The Time Of Ejulcate

Xochicalco

Xochicalco: place in the house of flowers.
Founded in 200 BC, had the greatest splendor between 650 and 900 d. C. This place is characterized by its buildings to be a celestial vantage point of the most interesting in Mexico.
The world view of its ancient inhabitants allowed to embed the regular movement of the stars of its geographic around this extraordinary urbanization that even today we can admire. Xochicalco is in Mexican state of Morelos is one of those places Heritage . Its privileged position above the top of a big hill, as well as to dominate a vast landscape and allow easy defense, then complemented with the astronomical and geographical observation. Demonstrating great insight developed in the past thousands of years by the Mesoamerican people in their world view to introduce concepts related to the space-time-ritual landscape.
The complex of Plaza de la Estela de los dos Glyphosate, for example, is an observatory that calibrates the horizontal calendar year. In the field of play Pelota during the days of the equinox in the stone rings places on the wall one can observe the solar disk exactly in the center of these circles. The pyramid of las Serpientes Emplumadas with its inclination and its glyph is a huge calendar.

The Acropolis is an observatory Paso Cenital (step of the zenith, or when the sun is vertically above the observer's head) as well as Cueva Astronomical a cave where you can enjoy a great beam of sunlight perpendicular.

The Paso Cenicial only occurs in areas of the tropics during the solstice summer (20 or June 21) and on two other occasions: the past May 15 and July 29 the next (respectively arrival of the rains and the growth of corn, which is essential for the survival of this ancient civilization). The schedule was so divided in periods of 52 days (between May 15 and the solstice) and 260 from the solstice to the next first period of Cenital Paso.
260 is a significant number of this calendar which used two wheels: a 365-day and the other fact of which 260 met the same day ( Fuego Nuevo ) after 52 years of the calendar of 365 days and 73 years in one to 260 days.
same number that were also used for other types of astronomical calculations: 52 days 52 years, 260 days, 73 days, 73 years, 8 * 52 is equivalent to 5 rotations of Venus, 3 * 260 is equivalent to a rotation of Mars, etc..

Xochicalco short, has many examples, materialized in his art and his architecture, Mesoamerican concepts associated with the timing and the movement of the stars.
A wonderful harmony between urban and firmament. A must-visit site
especially in this period.

Merry Solstice to all!

Marine Vinyl As Shower Enclosure

HOME

Our home ground. Home is an extraordinary documentary about our planet in 50 countries released last June 5. The topics covered are similar to the documentary by Al Gore " An inconvenient truth" or a little more going back to "Koyaanisqatsi "
Here, however, the images and recording techniques are extraordinary and very high quality. A film that is told quietly by just looking at the beautiful views. The plot focuses on the beauty of our planet and constraints linked to it including that of man.

"HOME condemns the current state of the Earth, its climate and long-term repercussions on its future. A theme that is constantly expressed throughout the documentary is one of the delicate and crucial link that exists between all bodies you belong.

The documentary begins with footage of big volcanic landscapes explaining the connection that exists between the single-cell algae and the birth of life on our planet.

Subsequently, the documentary explores issues relating to human activity and the adverse effects that these same activities produce the ecosystem. Starting from the agricultural revolution and its impact on nature, are dealt with matters relating to the petroleum, industrialization, cities and social inequalities, which have never been as large as in our time. The current situation of cattle, deforestation in the Amazon and in other parts of the world the lack of food and clean water, excessive extraction of raw materials and the increasing demand for electricity are among the topics covered. Cities like New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Tokyo and Dubai are shown as an example of mismanagement by their huge waste of energy, food and water. The melting of glaciers and drying of the marshes and large rivers are shown by the aerial photography taken in Antarctica, the North Pole and in Africa, denouncing the rise of mass migration and refugees when they are not suddenly taken appropriate counter measures.

At this point, attention is drawn to the documentary on global warming and the ozone hole. HOME explains how the melting of glaciers, rising sea levels and changing weather have not only to do with the third world, but that if we continue at this rate, very soon will also affect the more developed regions. For about three minutes of the film data are given on the current situation that are displayed in large white lettering on black background.

The conclusion of the film tries to be both positive and proactive. The documentary, which had been the terrible consequences of human activities on our planet and its ecosystem, provide information about renewable energy, the creation of national parks, cooperation internationally between countries with regard to environmental issues as a response to the current problems that plague the earth. Sleepiness Mexican

are days that I do not write on the blog. A numbness due to the heat of the last 3 months. little desire to stay at home and on the computer. Top of the day too early for mosquitoes that do not sleep in spite of our windows are arranged with mosquito nets. There 's always one that neither can get away with it. Around 7:30 in the morning I go to run when you can still bocheggiare. Then comes the heat. A warm, dry and not sweaty. The burned skin from the sun completely different from our Italian. Freshen up with cool drinks, sorbets and salads. It is 8 pm at this time with 30 º C in this room but it's finally raining. The first real day of rain here in Queretaro. This year it arrived late. Longed by the long wait. Tonight I hope to stay cool.

The second blog

Well yes ... in my small way I have decided to revive the tourism economy of Mexico after the economic crisis, insecurity and the influence they have struck at the heart this country:)
I decided to revive it through a new blog dedicated exclusively to travelers who intend to visit this place.
blog will be included in the different routes that I made personally: some famous so-called mass tourism others a bit less. Mexico has a territory so vast that it is a pity that only certain areas are known worldwide.
At this time I edited the itineraries on this blog, but soon it will insert new ones. Links and advice will soon be added.
Comments are temporarily disabled.

Everything is still in its infancy but I hope to do some useful work.

The new blog can be reached clicking on the following link:

Whales know

Pino Cacucci ... I met with him in Mexico before you get there.

His new book: "Whales know"

"You say California and think of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the sandy beaches of Malibu, the studios Hollywood. But, just below, there is another California, in mid-nineteenth century was able to resist the advance of U.S. troops and maintain its integrity and independence. And the Baja California, Mexico California: the longest peninsula in the world, nearly two thousand kilometers driven into the heart of the Pacific Ocean. Pino Cacucci is back in "his" and tell Mexico to cross from south to north, from La Paz to the border in Tijuana. Along the Carretera Federal I, also known as Transpeninsular, has collected stories of pirates and buried treasure, Jesuit missions and abandoned, the Indians and lost travelers. In the Footsteps of Steinbeck, who traveled here in 1940, has rediscovered tales of queens and giant pearls. And of course you are immersed in the wonderful nature of the Baja in the vast expanses of cactus, in the lunar landscape of salt marshes, in mountains that have shaped women. And in the enchanting bays where the whales come close happy to play with the boats of fishermen. Because Mexico was the first country, more than sixty years ago, to put money aside for these protected animals mysterious intelligence, and they know it - they certainly understand - that all men are not murderers, and that here lives a 'more authentic humanity, a humanity more friendly.
